Accessibility statement

Last review: 2026-09-22

Drapress is committed to making the service usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This page describes what was actually done, what has not been done yet, and who to contact when you hit a barrier.

The standard we work to

The service is built to: IS 5568 part 1, level AA (WCAG 2.1 AA)

What was actually tested

These are the checks that were performed. We do not claim a test we did not run.

Browsers
Chrome · Edge · Firefox · Safari
Automated checks in the development pipeline
  • The axe-core 4.12 engine (WCAG 2.1 levels A and AA) on 24 real screens (public, print shop and requester), in Hebrew and right-to-left, at a 1536px desktop width and a 390px phone width
  • A keyboard pass: the skip link is the first stop and moves focus to the main content, the Escape key closes dialogs, and every control can be reached by keyboard
  • Touch targets of at least 40 pixels, and no horizontal scrolling at a 390px width
  • A static scan of the source code against accessibility rules in the automated build check
Screen readers
Not performed yet: no test has been run with NVDA, JAWS or VoiceOver. This is the main gap that remains before a review by a certified accessibility auditor.

Known limitations

  • Testing with a screen reader (NVDA/JAWS/VoiceOver) has not been performed yet.
  • Downloadable documents (a job package, a customer's PDF) are internal work materials and have not been tested against IS 5568 part 2.
  • The camera view at the scanning station is marked as decorative; the same action is fully available through the job-number form.
  • An enlarged page image in the preview is shown without a text description of the page's content.

The service publishes no documents for public download. A job package a print shop downloads for itself is an internal work document, not published content.

No third-party accessibility widget

There is no floating accessibility overlay on this site. Accessibility lives in the code itself — page structure, keyboard navigation and element semantics — in line with the guidance of the Commission for Equal Rights of Persons with Disabilities.

Arrangements at the place of service

The service is online only and has no premises open to the public, so the physical arrangements in Regulation 34 of Israel's accessibility regulations do not apply to it.

Reporting an accessibility problem

Ran into a page, a control or a flow that is not accessible? Tell us what you were trying to do and on which page, and we will handle it.

We will answer and fix the barrier within 60 days, as Regulation 35(d)(1) of Israel's accessibility regulations requires.

The business has no employees, so section 19N of Israel's Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law does not require appointing an accessibility coordinator. Requests reach the contact above directly.
