Terms of use
Updated: 4 October 2026
Drapress is a prepress, order and file management system for print shops and their customers. Registration is open to print shops and their customers.
Responsibility for uploaded content lies with the uploader. Do not upload content you have no right to print or distribute.
You can send files from the system to an email address with a special link. Anyone who holds the link can open and download the files until the link expires or is revoked. You are responsible for choosing the recipient and for your right to share the files. Share only files you are allowed to pass on.
The system states explicitly which checks were performed and which were not. Final professional responsibility for print correctness remains with the print shop.
The service is provided as-is, with no guarantee of continuous availability. We make a reasonable effort to maintain availability and data backup.
Add-ons (such as a personal Studio plan or a publisher plan) are separate subscriptions, each with its own billing, renewal and cancellation. Cancelling an add-on does not affect the main subscription, and cancelling the main subscription does not cancel an add-on purchased in a person's own name.
These terms may be updated; a material change will be announced in the system.
The digital booklet
A print shop's customer may publish an issue approved for print as a digital booklet at a public link. Publishing is done solely at the customer's initiative and under the customer's responsibility. The print shop and Drapress do not publish a booklet in the customer's place.
By publishing, you declare that the rights in all of the booklet's content belong to you or that you have permission to publish it, including images, third-party advertisements and details of people who appear in it. Do not publish content that infringes the rights of others, is defamatory, violates privacy or is prohibited by law.
Anyone who receives the link can read the booklet. The link is not password-protected. We do not publish it, and we mark it so that search engines do not show it, but we cannot prevent anyone who received it from passing it on.
Readers cannot download the print file. We cannot prevent screenshots or the saving of a page image.
You can withdraw the publication at any moment. The link will stop working within a few minutes, and the pages and the text will be deleted from Drapress's servers. Copies that others have already saved, and previews created on social networks or in messaging apps, are not under our control. A backup copy is kept for up to 30 days for restoration only, and is not shown to anyone.
The print shop may remove a booklet following a complaint of rights infringement, prohibited content or a breach of these terms. Anyone can report content through the "Report content" link at the bottom of the booklet. A booklet that was removed will not be published again in the same version until the print shop approves.
A booklet may be temporarily unavailable, for example when the print shop's subscription is not active or when the booklet has reached its daily viewing limit. In these cases nothing is deleted.
Drapress Studio
Editing, previewing and creating a file in the Studio are open to every registered user. Downloading a finished file requires an active subscription: the subscription of a print shop you work at or are a customer of, or a personal Studio subscription.
Every subscription has a number of downloads per billing period, as set out on the pricing page. The first download of each version of a project counts toward the quota. Downloading the same version again does not count, as long as the subscription is active. Unused downloads do not carry over to the next period and cannot be exchanged for money.
If you have more than one subscription, a download counts first against your personal subscription, and only after it against the print shop's subscription. A print shop's quota is shared by its team and its customers, and the print shop sees how many downloads have been used.
The personal subscription renews every month and is billed through Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for the transaction. You can cancel at any time on your profile page. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and until then downloads remain available.
You may print a file you downloaded at any print shop and use it for your own purposes, including commercial use.
You declare that you hold the rights to every image and text you upload. You grant Drapress a limited permission to store and process the content only in order to operate the Studio for you. There is no public gallery, and we do not use your content for any other purpose, including training models.
The checks in the Studio detect and report. They are not confirmation that the file will be accepted by every print shop, and they are not a promise about colour or about the print result.
We may suspend a Studio account in case of misuse, or when a payment was reversed or cancelled by the credit card company. While an account is suspended there are no downloads.
Addendum: users outside Israel
This addendum applies to every print shop, studio subscriber, customer and other user who uses Drapress from outside the State of Israel. It forms part of the Drapress Terms of Use. If this addendum conflicts with the Terms of Use, this addendum controls for users outside Israel.
Limitation of liability
Service provided "as is." Drapress provides the service "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Drapress disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. Automated file checks report what they detect; they do not guarantee that a file will print as intended, and they do not change or correct the file.
Approved proofs. When a customer approves a proof, the customer accepts the content, layout, colors and specifications shown in that approved version. Drapress is not responsible for errors that appear in an approved proof, or for differences between the color shown on a screen and the printed result.
No indirect damages. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Drapress will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for the cost of reprinting, materials or substitute services, however caused and under any theory of liability, even if Drapress was advised of the possibility of such damages.
Cap. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Drapress's total liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount the user paid to Drapress (through its reseller, Paddle) for the service during the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100) if the user paid nothing.
Print jobs between a print shop and its customers. Each print job, quote, price, delivery and payment between a print shop and its own customer is an agreement between those two parties only. Drapress is not a party to it, is not the printer, and is not responsible for the quality, timing, price or delivery of any print job.
Where the law does not allow it. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions and limits above apply only to the extent the law allows.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Governing law. These Terms of Use, this addendum, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the service are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Exclusive jurisdiction. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and each user outside Israel consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waives any objection to venue there.
Injunctive relief. Nothing in this section prevents Drapress from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or the security of the service.
Time to bring a claim. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any claim arising out of or relating to the service must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arose.
Language. These terms are written in Hebrew and in English. If the two versions differ, the Hebrew version controls.
Messages a print shop sends to its own customers
A print shop may use Drapress to send messages to its own customers — for example, order updates, proof notices and reminders. Each such message is sent on behalf of the print shop, in its name, and the print shop is the sender of that message.
The print shop alone is responsible for making sure that every message it sends, or causes to be sent, through Drapress complies with the laws that apply to it and to its recipients, including laws on commercial email, text messages, telemarketing, consent, unsubscribe requests and the identification of the sender (for example, the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and Section 30A of the Israeli Communications Law), and that it has every consent those laws require.
The print shop will not use Drapress to send advertising or other commercial messages to recipients who have not agreed to receive them where the law requires such agreement, and will honor every request to stop receiving such messages.
The print shop will indemnify and hold Drapress harmless from any claim, fine or cost arising from a message the print shop sent, or caused to be sent, through Drapress in breach of this section.
